 Urology The urology team focuses on the diagnosis and treatment for urinary tracts of men and women, and on the reproductive system of males. Care is provided for problems such as urinary infections incontinence, and surgical problems such as the correction of congenital abnormalities and the surgical management of cancers.
Following a GP referral, patients are offered a consultation, when your case will be discussed and a plan for rehabilitation or further investigation discussed. The patient/surgeon partnership is key to the treatment so please feel free to discuss your rehabilitation with the consultant or a member of the urology team at any stage.
