All staff working at the Trust on a permanent contract automatically become staff members of the Foundation Trust, as do staff who have a fixed term contract of at least 12 months, or have been working at the Trust for at least 12 months (including as a volunteer or through a contractor). Staff are able to ‘opt-out’ of being a member, although very few have. Anyone living within our Public Constituencies and aged 16 years or over can become a public member provided that they are not eligible for staff membership. Membership Public Constituencies
