The Patient Advice Liason Service is a patient friendly, easy to access service designed to provide a personal contact to assist patients, relatives and carers.
Patient Advice
We make every effort to ensure our
that our patients receive the highest standard of care. This includes supporting
patients, carers and relatives of patients to the best of our abilities, providing advice
and help through a dedicated department called the Patient Advice and Liaison
Service (PALS).
In
order to embrace a broad perspective, we would like
to listen to people from all parts of the community, from a range of
different ethnic groups, different gender and include people with a
disability.
Patient
Public Involvement group involves patients, carers and
the public in our services.
