What does PALS offer?

PALS
  • Advice and information on your questions or difficulties
  • We listen to your concerns and help you find ways of resolving them
  • We will take note of what you tell us to help to improve the service our hospital offers to its patients
  • We can explain the NHS Complaints Procedure and refer you to the Complaints Department when necessary

We are a patient friendly, easy to access service designed to provide a personal contact to assist patients, relatives and carers.

We are interested in your general views on the care the hospital provides. We welcome your concerns, comments, compliments and suggestions to help us improve patient care and the patient experience.
