Patient Leaflets

We have made extensive use of the Department of Health Toolkit for Producing Patient Information. The Toolkit gives guidelines, which enable us to produce good quality information that meets the needs of patients and the public, in addition to our own needs. A Patient Information Review Group oversees the development and approval of any leaflets produced by staff and ensures these are complaint with the policy.

Please note: These leaflets should not be read in isolation but should be used in conjunction with any consultation by your care practitioner (e.g. consultant, doctor, nurse, physiotherapist). All leaflets are in PDF format and open a new window.
