Whether you are coming to us for a day visit or a longer stay, we will do our very best to provide you with the highest quality emergency and specialist patient-focused care. The Trust has two hospitals, Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital, make sure you know which one you are going to. The menu on the left will take you to guidance on your admission procedure at either hospital, depending on whether you which type of patient you are.

Use the NHS Number - Everyone registered with the NHS in England and Wales has their own unique NHS Number. When you register with a local GP practice, your NHS Number is printed on your medical card. What is my NHS number?

If you require help because of a visual, hearing or mobility problem or if you require an interpreter or signer, please let us know in advance by telephoning 01895 279338.

We will do our upmost to ensure that someone is available to assist you, should you need help. Telephone the number above if you require assistance, or tell a member of staff and they will be happy to help you.

Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospitals have disabled toilets strategically placed where the public can access them.

The following reception desks at Hillingdon Hospital have hearing loops:
Main reception, Education Centre, Ultra Sound, Transport, Pre Operative Assesment, Private Patients, Out Patients, Day Care, Wendy and Peter Pan Wards, Children's Outpatients.
We have two induction loops in the Treatment Centre at Mount Vernon Hospital.

Type Talk is accessed via the main operator direct to BT and all translation services, including Braille, is undertaken by our commissioned Interpretation Service.

Disabled Parking

We also have Disabled Parking facilities at both Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospital sites.
