We are sorry but parking is very limited! You may be waiting a long time to get into the carpark. If possible, public transport is usually the best option.

The main car park and the maternity car park have Pay on Foot (barrier) parking, and the other car parks have Pay and Display parking. All pay on foot machines will take notes. Location of car parks are shown on the Hillingdon Hospital site map (

Disabled parking tickets can be validated at security, main entrance reception or at the car park office located outside outpatients on production of a disabled badge.

Blue Badge holders can park free of charge at both Hillingdon and Mount Vernon sites.

In areas that are not located behind a barrier park your vehicle in a marked space (it doesn't have to be a disabled space) and display your badge. At Hillingdon you can park in a barriered car park and display your clock. Take your badge and ticket with you to the main entrance reception or parking office where your ticket can be validated for free exit from the car park.

Please do not park on yellow lines grass verges etc. Parking is permitted in marked bays only.

Concessionary Parking: Visitors of long-term inpatients can obtain concessionary parking permits with authorisation from the ward manager of the patient. Costs are: 1 week for £12.00 and 1 month for £25.00.

Parking is limited at the Hospital, therefore wheel clamping is enforced on site, on behalf of the Trust. Any illegally parked vehicle may be subject to the fitting of a vehicle clamp with a release fee of £30.00.
