Getting Here

There are two hospitals in the Trust. Parking is limited so it is a good idea to come by public transport whenever possible. For more information on public transport go to the Transport for London website.

Read the leaflet on our Patient Transport Services (53KB, pdf) for both Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospital Sites. Hospital transport must be authorised by your doctor with at least 48 hours notice.

Staff, patients and visitors can all use the shuttle bus service (PDF 19KB, pdf) between the two sites, we are not permitted to drop or collect anyone on route.

Need help with your travel costs?

If you are on a low income, you may be entitled to reclaim your travel expenses. You will need to show proof that you are receiving benefits, such as income support or family credit, and proof of your travel costs such as a receipt or ticket. You will need to take this paperwork to the Cashier’s Office, from Monday to Thursday (morning and afternoon) and Friday morning or to the Security Desk in the main entrance hall on Friday afternoon.
