If you have an interest in how innovation is designed, tested and adopted in health and care organisations, come and join us at the Brunel Partners Innovation Event on Friday 6 March.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Dr Bob Klaber, Director of Strategy, Research and Innovation at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
  • Amazon will speak about using their Alexa skills in healthcare systems
  • Leaders from across our NHS partners will be showcasing innovation projects.

During the day, we will also have stands showcasing innovations ready for adoption for staff to discover.

Victoria Corbishley, Chief Innovation Officer at Brunel Partners Academic Centre for Health Sciences (BPACS*), said, “The NHS Long Term plan recognises the importance of research and innovation in driving future medical advances, reducing variation and improving outcomes.

“How do we get more involved?  The innovation event on Friday 6 March brings together the NHS, academia and industry to hear examples of innovation, from designing new solutions to adopting proven and affordable solutions.  It’s an opportunity to see trends being tested and to understand how this could affect care delivery today and tomorrow.

“Practically focussed on techniques and tips that work within health and care settings, joining the event will link you to a network of like minded people, with a passion for bringing the right solutions to the trickiest challenges facing health and care.”

Spaces are limited so early registration is encouraged.  Find out more and book via the Eventbrite

The event will be held at:

Royal College of Anaesthetists
35 Red Lion Square
