New self-service kiosks at Mount Vernon Treatment Centre

Staff around the new kiosks

To the delight of staff at Mount Vernon Treatment Centre the patient self-service kiosks have been replaced with modern devices and much improved capabilities. The new equipment will offer many benefits to patients and the Trust, including letter barcode scanning, when available, and the capture of patient demographics and contact details for use, for example, in the encouragement of sign-up to the Care Information Exchange portal.
